Position Overview
We are actively recruiting a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience with property and casualty insurance litigation, including homeowner property litigation. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to join a high-performing legal team in a firm that truly values its people.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files and litigation calendars
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court filings
- Assist with trial preparation and attend proceedings as needed
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, experts, and court personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Property and casualty insurance litigation required
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Proficiency in California court procedures and legal software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
